These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the services offered by Navis Sagl (CHE-499.507.474), a company incorporated under Swiss law, operating under the commercial brand GRIDLINE and accessible at adsgridline.com ("the Site").
By accessing the Site, submitting an application, booking a call, or using any service provided by GRIDLINE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or its services.
GRIDLINE provides access to Meta advertising infrastructure, including but not limited to direct Meta credit lines, ad account management structures, and related advisory services. The service is offered exclusively to verified business operators who meet specific eligibility criteria assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The services are offered on a by-application basis only. Submission of an application does not guarantee access. Navis Sagl reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.
To be eligible to use GRIDLINE's services, you must:
Providing false or misleading information during the application process constitutes grounds for immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.
Upon acceptance, clients undergo a one-time onboarding process that includes a 30-minute call, technical setup, and activation of the infrastructure. A one-time setup fee is charged at this stage, the amount of which is determined individually based on the client's declared and verified monthly spend volume.
The setup fee is due prior to or at the time of activation. No recurring monthly fees apply to the base infrastructure access. Additional services, if any, may be subject to separate agreements.
Navis Sagl reserves the right to modify pricing for new clients without prior notice. Existing clients will not be subject to pricing changes retroactively.
Clients may load credits onto their infrastructure using the accepted top-up methods: USDT (TRC-20) or international wire transfer (SWIFT). Minimum top-up amounts may apply and will be communicated during onboarding.
Unspent credits are fully refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Processing times vary depending on the top-up method used and applicable network or banking fees. Navis Sagl does not guarantee specific processing times for refunds.
By using GRIDLINE's services, you agree that you will not:

All content on adsgridline.com, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, code, and branding, is the exclusive property of Navis Sagl or its licensors. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
The GRIDLINE brand name, logo, and associated materials are proprietary to Navis Sagl. Unauthorized use constitutes trademark infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navis Sagl shall not be liable for:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged during the application, onboarding, and active service period. Clients agree not to disclose the specific terms, pricing, or technical details of the infrastructure to third parties without prior written consent from Navis Sagl.
Navis Sagl reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:
Clients may terminate their use of the service at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not entitle clients to a refund of the setup fee. Unspent credits will be refunded in accordance with Section 5.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Canton Ticino, Switzerland.
Navis Sagl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any written agreements executed between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and Navis Sagl regarding the use of GRIDLINE's services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
